She believes that communication and collaboration between buyers, builder, Realtors, and the lender is the key to ensuring a smooth loan transaction.
Carissa graduated with a B. A. from Carthage College. She is involved, at various levels, on committees and boards for the Wisconsin Mortgage Bankers Association of South Central Wisconsin, Women's Council of Relators, and various other charitable, school, and personal organizations. Carissa has served in the banking industry since 1991, and became a mortgage professional in 1995. You can trust in her knowledge and expertise.
